Quartz Australian White Stud was established using foundation stock exclusively from Tattykeel the Birth Place of the Australian White Sheep Breed.
Quartz focus is to produce Australian White Rams to perform in your commercial flock. Rams need to achieve the balance of producing self replacing ewe lambs with a strong emphasis on fertility, growth and also producing a high quality lamb for domestic & export markets.
By selecting its 2020 foundation Ewes from Tattykeel and maintaining pure Tattykeel Ram sires, Quartz provides access to these industry leading genetic traits today and in the future.
Eating Quality
While the Australian White was developed to be a self-replacing, haired, meat sheep that requires minimal maintenance, the breed has another key feature.
